Dear DMUSD Parents,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Del Mar Schools Education Foundation (DMSEF) for your support of the Extended Studies Curriculum (ESC) program providing students with an educational richness otherwise not available to them.

The DMSEF is a nonprofit organization composed of volunteer parents and community leaders committed to raising funds to support our eight schools. The funds that are raised with your contributions aid the District in paying for the ESC program supported by the DMSEF – science, music, art, technology, and physical education. The ESC program supports our mission to educate the “whole” child so they will have the essential skills to be successful in the 21st century.

As you know, schools in California are facing a severe budget crisis, but with the support of our parents and community we will be able to continue offering a quality education to your child. The DMSEF’s Annual Fund Drive goal is 100% participation. Please give what you can…every dollar will make a difference in the education of the children in our District.
